At Thrift Meta Haven, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely across Pakistan.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 working days after confirmation.

Our team may contact you via call or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time:

  • Major cities: 3–4 working days

  • Other areas: 3–6 working days

Delivery time may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Standard delivery charges apply

  • Free Delivery may be offered on selected promotions or online payments

Order Confirmation
Orders will only be dispatched after confirmation. If a customer is not reachable, the order may be cancelled.

Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery. If the customer is unavailable, re-delivery may be attempted.

Repeated failed attempts may result in order cancellation.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 Days of delivery with proof (images/video).

We will arrange a free exchange accordingly.

Address Accuracy
Customers must provide complete and correct address details. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
